A community for culinary creatives

Springwater Cart Park isn't just a location; it's a partnership. We actively engage with food cart owners, addressing their needs, and fostering a supportive community for Portland chefs.

Plenty of amenities for carts

Our security measures, on-site maintenance, and collaboration with TBB Tap House enable food cart entrepreneurs to thrive.

A well-established food cart pod

Cartlandia was one of the first major food cart pods in Portland, and after rebranding to Springwater Cart Park in 2023 we remain one of the most well-known destinations.

A pod that’s accessible

Unlike most Portland food cart pods, we have plenty of parking on-site, and (with nearby street parking) can accommodate crowds of 200+ for major events.

Owners committed to your success

We’re always adding more attractions and promotions to highlight our carts and get people to dine out. We recognize that success in a food cart pod is a group effort and make sure to promote our carts online whenever possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is rent?

Rent is based on what part of the park your cart is located in, but generally ranges from $895-$1200 depending on the space. Rent includes everything (electricity, water, etc) - no hidden fees.

What kinds of carts are welcome at Springwater Cart Park?

While we already host many Mexican and Asian cuisine carts, we’re open to any kind of cart that’s looking for a more stable place to set up shop.

We even allow non-food carts and we’re actively looking for more service and retail-focused carts in Portland to join us.

Some types of carts we think would do well at Springwater include dessert carts (ice cream for sure), vegan options, and carts that can provide coffee.
