With a culinary career spanning two decades, Jim has cooked in some of the best restaurants in the Portland Metro Area including the Monarch Hotel, Newport Bay, Standfords, the Thirsty Lion, and Jakes Famous Grill.

A graduate of Western Culinary Institute, cooking is Jim’s passion, and his desire to spread his wings and showcase his vast culinary skills with an establishment of his own is a dream come true. Jim wanted to take high-quality Gastro Pub-inspired food and transform it into a casual, friendly environment without the pretense associated with such fare. Community, good vibes, and delicious food is the cornerstone of Loaded.
